This is how we enable sustainable mobility and help prevent accidents caused by human error.*** **JOB SCOPE:** * Conduct audits (product and process) in accordance with procedures; * Perform laboratory tests to ensure raw material and product compliance per applicable procedures; * Establish, jointly with the audited area, corrective action plans upon identification of non-conformities, and validate their effectiveness; * Prevent and respond to quality issues; * Analyze and propose solutions for quality issues, eliminate their root causes, propose corrective actions, and communicate them; * Ensure systematic traceability and segregation of suspect/non-conforming products; * Ensure effective communication flow regarding matters relevant to organizational activities across all interfaces; * Ensure proper segregation of waste; * Ensure compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety standards/procedures; **REQUIREMENTS:** * Preferred education level: 11th/12th grade (*lower qualifications may be accepted if internal/external experience in function-relevant tasks is demonstrated*); * Good command of spoken and written English; * Experience in wiring harness production *(optional)*; * Availability to work on weekly rotating shifts; * Results-driven mindset, maturity, and willingness; **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Career progression in accordance with the Collective Labor Agreement (CLA) * Night shift hours paid with a 50% premium (10:00 PM to 7:00 AM) * Rotating shift regime paid with a 10% premium per CLA * Overtime pay calculated according to CLA percentages * Meal allowance * Health insurance * Occupational and curative medicine * Birthday leave (per applicable internal rules) * Initial and continuous integration training Privacy Notice \- Active Candidates: https://www.versigent.com/privacy\-statement Versigent is an equal employment opportunity employer.
