We seek a professional with at least 2 years of experience, dedicated to ensuring the success of our construction projects. Your role will be crucial in supervising and executing activities, ensuring that quality and safety standards are met at all project stages. You will serve as the liaison between the office and the field, reporting progress, identifying potential issues, and proposing effective solutions. Your expertise in electricity will be essential for reviewing projects, technical specifications, and construction plans, ensuring their correct implementation. **Requirements and Characteristics of the Technician** **1 Preferred Academic Qualifications:** * Electrical Engineering * Energy Engineering * Professional Technical Course in Electricity/Electrotechnics Additional valued qualifications: * Safety in electrical work * Work near live voltage * Occupational health and safety training * Training in electricity distribution networks **2 Preferred Professional Experience:** * Low Voltage (LV) electricity distribution networks * Electrical infrastructure projects * Construction supervision * Electrical network projects or inspection Specific valued experience: * Activities related to Grid Connection Requests (GCR) * Public lighting projects * LV network refurbishment * Interface with electricity distribution network operators **3 Required Technical Knowledge** * Electrical networks * Structure of LV distribution networks * Types of service connections * Transformer substations * LV cabinets and enclosures * Types of cables and cross-sections **Main Responsibilities:** The technician will be responsible for: Construction supervision: * Fieldwork supervision * Verification of compliance with approved project documentation * Ensuring adherence to E-Redes standards Coordination: * Liaison with contractors * Liaison with clients * Communication with technical teams Technical inspection: * Verification of installed materials * Verification of service connection installation * Verification of cabinet and enclosure installation Quality control: * Identification of non-conformities * Preparation of supervision reports * Photographic documentation of construction progress **Personal Competencies** * Organizational skills * Communication skills * Critical thinking * Autonomy * Responsibility * Problem-solving ability **Practical Requirements** * Valid driver’s license * Willingness and ability to travel * Ability to work on construction sites * Proficiency in Excel and digital tools Valued: * Knowledge of GIS systems * Familiarity with E-Redes platforms We value proactivity, teamwork, and problem-solving ability.
