We represent prestigious international brands and develop tailored solutions for the transportation sector. We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our Technical Department. In this role, you will serve as the company’s technical reference, ensuring effective communication among workshops, customers, and brands, contributing to the resolution of technical challenges and delivery of excellence in service. Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to workshops in analyzing and resolving technical issues; Support customers and partner workshops, ensuring outstanding technical assistance; Manage and monitor warranty processes with represented brands; Act as the technical liaison between Carbus, brands, and strategic customers; Identify and develop technical solutions for pre- and post-sales challenges; We are looking for a professional with A university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field, or relevant professional experience in technical roles within the automotive sector; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication skills and customer orientation; Proficiency in English, both spoken and written; Initiative, autonomy, and a team-oriented mindset; Willingness to undertake occasional travel.
