Performance Marketing Coordinator*

Summary: Support and optimize performance marketing campaigns, monitor key metrics, conduct market research, and coordinate creative assets for various platforms. Highlights: 1. Support campaign setup, management, and optimization ROLE: Campaign Support \& Execution: Support the setup, management, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. Performance Monitoring \& Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and assist with performance dashboards and reporting activities to support data\-driven decisions. Market \& Competitor Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and keywords to uncover new opportunities and contribute to more effective advertising strategies. Creative \& Copy Coordination: Work closely with design and content teams to support the development and testing of creative assets, ad copy, and landing pages adapted to different platforms and audiences. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar (preferred) Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (2 years required) Strong interest in digital marketing and eagerness to grow in performance marketing Good analytical skills and attention to detail Fluent in Portuguese and good level of English Real team\-player \- Proactive, autonomous and responsible Good organizational skills OFFER: A dynamic and challenging environment offering opportunities for learning, professional development, and career growth; Salary commensurate with professional experience; Employee discounts, health insurance, and other benefits.
