Professional development and career progression opportunities The Strategic Project Manager will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for leading, planning, executing, and delivering strategic projects that are critical to the organization. This position will involve working closely with multiple departments across the company, as well as collaborating with external consultants and key stakeholders when required. ROLE: Assess, analyze, and resolve critical business challenges across different departments; Coordinate the planning, implementation, and successful delivery of strategic projects; Collaborate closely with department leaders and the C\-suite to ensure alignment with the company's strategic objectives; Develop data\-based insights to support strategic decision\-making; Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation efficiently; Support the organization's long\-term strategic planning and business direction. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline; MBA is considered a strong advantage; At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position, consultancy, project management, or business strategy; Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking with the ability to solve complex business challenges; Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while managing several projects simultaneously; Strong leadership skills with the ability to work across departments and independently.
