We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Scrum Master.** As a Scrum Master, you will be instrumental in guiding Agile practices, fostering a collaborative team environment, and ensuring the successful delivery of project goals. **Key Responsibilities:** * Facilitate Agile ceremonies and team activities * Teach and coach Scrum practices and principles * Promote Agile values and contribute to the Scrum community * Identify and eliminate team impediments * Coordinate timelines and deliverables * Support teams in implementing changes effectively * Foster a positive and productive team spirit * Resolve conflicts and encourage continuous improvement **Profil****Profile:** * Proven experience as a Scrum Master * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Prior experience working with Scrum teams * Ability to teach and coach Agile methodologies * Skilled in conflict resolution and team facilitation * Comfortable adapting to change and driving transformation * Fluent in **English (C1\)** **À propos d'Inetum** Inetum is a European leader in digital services.
