Promotes equal opportunities and values diversity Delnext is seeking a Project \& Procurement Manager to join the Operations team, contributing to organizational growth through the implementation of new projects, development of long-term partnerships, and continuous improvement of logistics efficiency. We are looking for an analytical, results-driven professional with strong negotiation skills, capable of managing projects autonomously and supporting the optimization of operational processes. ROLE Coordinate the implementation of new strategic projects within the organization; Identify, select, and negotiate with national and international partners; Manage procurement processes, ensuring competitive commercial and operational terms; Support the operations team in analyzing and refining logistics processes; Collaborate across departments to ensure efficient project execution; Ensure adherence to deadlines, objectives, and requirements defined for each initiative. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Logistics, Economics, or a related field (preferred); Professional experience in project management, procurement, operations, or similar roles; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI (advantageous); Strong analytical capability and ease in handling data and performance indicators; Excellent negotiation skills and experience managing suppliers and partners; Organized, autonomous, and results-oriented profile; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; English language proficiency is advantageous.
