We are looking for a Second Cook (m/f) for the Sesimbra OceanFront Hotel\&SPA. Responsibilities: * Prepare ingredients (washing, peeling, cutting, and weighing food). * Execute simple cooking tasks according to received instructions. * Organize and stock workstations. * Receive, store, and control raw materials. * Ensure cleaning and sanitization of utensils, equipment, and work areas. * Comply with food safety and HACCP standards. * Assist in meal plating and presentation. * Collaborate in waste management and reduction. Requirements: \- Minimum education: Secondary Education \- Technological/Professional; * Experience in similar roles; * Team spirit; * Compliance with all food safety standards; * Residence in the area (preferred); * Immediate availability.
