Strong problem-solving skills and teamwork collaboration * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; * More than 5 years of experience in Application Support / Production / Stability and Availability roles; * Solid experience with Java application servers (JBoss EAP) and Java problem resolution; * Practical experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, and Linux (RHEL); * Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK); * Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins); * Knowledge of ITIL processes and incident/change management; * Experience with relational databases (MSSQL, PostgreSQL); * Strong problem-solving skills, autonomy, and teamwork collaboration; * Portuguese and English at B2 level or higher; * Residence in Portugal.
