We are looking for a **Fullstack Developer (React.js \+ .NET)** to join our nearshore team and contribute to a project in the transportation sector. The role involves building and maintaining a web\-based transportation application, ensuring a seamless user experience and robust backend functionality. You will work in an **Agile** environment, collaborating closely with designers, backend engineers, and product owners to deliver high\-quality solutions. * Develop and maintain **React.js** frontend applications with a focus on performance and usability * Build and optimize backend services using **.NET** , ensuring scalability and reliability * Design and implement RESTful APIs for seamless frontend\-backend integration * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to define and deliver project requirements * Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand\-ups, and retrospectives * Write clean, efficient, and well\-documented code following best practices * Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring a smooth development workflow * **4\+ years of experience** in fullstack development with **React.js and .NET** (50/50\) * Strong proficiency in **JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS** * Experience with **state management** (Redux, Context API) and modern React.js patterns * Solid knowledge of **.NET Core/.NET 6\+** for backend development * Experience working with **SQL databases** and API integrations * Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, etc.) * Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work in a fast\-paced environment * **Advanced English** skills (written and spoken) - The Devoteam Group works for equal opportunities, promoting its employees based on merit and actively fights against all forms of discrimination.
