Job Summary: We are seeking an Infrastructure and Support IT Technician to manage networks, servers, and systems while providing direct technical support to users. Key Highlights: 1. Team-based work with emphasis on efficient problem resolution We are looking for an Infrastructure and Support IT Technician with hands-on experience in networks, servers, and systems, as well as the ability to provide direct technical support to users. Main Responsibilities: \- Implement and configure network infrastructure (switches, VLANs, firewalls, VPNs); \- Support installation and replication of AD, DNS, DHCP, and file servers; \- Participate in configuring backup systems, restore policies, and redundancy; \- Collaborate on applying GPOs, security restrictions, and MFA; \- Support installation and management of solutions such as GLPI, Snipe\-IT, and Zabbix; \- Contribute to organizing and digitizing technical documentation; \- Create and update network diagrams (physical and logical); \- Perform diagnostics, interventions, and preventive maintenance; \- Provide local and remote technical support to users (hardware, software, network); \- Register and track requests via the helpdesk platform (GLPI); \- Conduct preventive maintenance interventions on PCs and equipment; \- Install and configure equipment (laptops, printers, terminals); \- Ensure continuous technical support across various business units. Job Requirements: \- Higher education degree in Computer Networks and Systems; Computer Engineering; Information Technologies; or related fields; \- Experience with TCP/IP networks, VLANs, firewalls, and basic routing; \- Basic knowledge of SQL database administration (preferably Microsoft SQL Server); \- Knowledge of Windows Server (AD, DNS, GPOs, etc.); \- Practical experience installing/configuring networking equipment (Unifi, Mikrotik, Cisco, or equivalents); \- Knowledge of backup and recovery systems; \- Ability to read and create network diagrams; \- Strong communication skills when interacting with users from diverse departments and technical backgrounds, with focus on efficient and professional problem resolution; \- Ease of communication and teamwork; \- Rigor, organization, and initiative; \- Willingness to travel regularly to group business units.
