Professional development and growth We are recruiting a **DevOps Engineer** (m/f) to join our team in Lisbon, with the possibility of hybrid work arrangements. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or related fields (preferred); * 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Systems Administration; * Solid experience with Linux and open-source environments; * Proficiency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar; * Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization; * Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP); * Experience in automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet); * Familiarity with monitoring/logging tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana); * Experience troubleshooting distributed infrastructures and critical environments; * Knowledge of networking and protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, Load Balancing); * Experience with GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux) (preferred); * Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, or relational databases (preferred); * Experience in enterprise environments and high-availability infrastructures (preferred); * English level B2 or higher (preferred). **What we offer:** * Flexible working arrangements (hybrid); * Regular career development support; * Involvement in innovative, internationally scaled projects; * Competitive compensation aligned with proven experience, health insurance, and life insurance; * Birthday leave and employee referral bonus.
