As part of our growth and technical team reinforcement, we seek to integrate a **Draftsperson / Site Preparer**, with experience in the joinery sector, to ensure technical development, preparation, and supervision of projects, contributing to their efficient and high-quality execution. **Main Responsibilities** * Interpret architectural and engineering drawings, developing feasible and implementable technical solutions; * Perform technical preparation and detailed development of joinery and façade systems; * Prepare and review technical drawings, as well as conduct on-site measurements; * Plan material requirements and support preparation of production processes associated with projects; * Provide technical support to production and installation teams, ensuring effective solutions tailored to each project’s specific requirements; * Participate in meetings with clients, designers, and other stakeholders, contributing to the definition of optimal technical solutions; * Collaborate in identifying and implementing innovative, efficient, and project-specific solutions. **Technical Competencies** * Higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field (preferred); * Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in similar roles, preferably within the joinery sector; * Experience using PrefSuite software; * Proficiency in AutoCAD or equivalent software; * Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings; * Knowledge of joinery and façade systems; * Valid driver’s license. **Behavioral Competencies** * High level of precision and attention to detail; * Strong planning, organization, and priority management skills; * Critical thinking, autonomy, and sense of responsibility; * Excellent communication and teamwork abilities; * Initiative, proactivity, and commitment to continuous improvement; * Problem-solving capability and results orientation. **What We Offer** * Integration into a solid, innovative, and continuously growing company; * Professional, collaborative, and dynamic work environment; * Opportunities for professional development and career advancement; * Involvement in large-scale, technically complex projects; * Recognition and appreciation of demonstrated performance and talent.
