Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders At Timestamp, we are looking for an experienced **Supply Chain Analytics \& Optimization Consultant** to join a Supply Chain Network Modeling \& Optimization team, supporting strategic and operational supply chain optimization initiatives through advanced analytics, optimization models, and simulations. The consultant will be responsible for developing data\-driven insights and optimization recommendations to support decision\-making across global and regional supply chain functions. The role will involve working closely with cross\-functional stakeholders to translate complex data and analytical results into actionable business recommendations that drive end\-to\-end supply chain efficiency and performance. #### **Responsibilities** * Develop, maintain \& refresh supply chain models to evaluate network, inventory \& transportation optimization opportunities across the end\-to\-end supply chain. * Partner with Business SMEs and Digital \& IT teams to identify, extract, and validate data required for modeling activities. * Solicit input from SMEs \& collaborate with relevant stakeholders to develop assumptions, modelling scenarios and drive cross\-functional alignments across all relevant teams to vet \& refine model results to arrive at meaningful recommendations. * Proactively build models \& scenarios to identify supply chain improvement opportunities, provide insights/ideas of optimization opportunities across the end\-to\-end supply chain/logistics/route to market flows. * Build, maintain/improve \& document data transformation workflows, BI reports \& workspaces to automate repetitive modelling processes \& output visualizations leveraging appropriate platforms. * Communicate effectively across multiple levels of the organization, balancing strategic perspectives with detailed analytical insights as per the intended audience. #### **Required Skills:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Research, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain, or related analytical discipline. * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, analytics and/or network design \& modeling, preferably within Consumer\-Packaged Goods (CPG), Manufacturing, Food \& Beverage, or similar industries. * Strong analytical \& problem\-solving skills, with a natural curiosity to understand business needs and the drive to develop practical solutions. * Conceptual understanding of optimization problem types such as Linear Programming, Mix Integer Programming etc. * Experience building \& solving Network Optimization \& Inventory Optimization problems. * Hands\-on experience with Coupa Supply Chain Design Software Suite (formerly called Llamasoft) for example \- Supply Chain Guru \& Data Guru desktop application, or preferably Modeler \& Data Flows cloud applications, or similar applications from other vendors. * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Query \& Power BI, with the ability to transform, analyze, and interpret large datasets. * Ability to independently manage work tasks, and translate broader objectives into actionable deliverables, and proactively seek support from peers/manager when needed. * Fast learner with a continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to learn \& adopt new tools, technologies, and ways of working. #### **Nice\-to\-have:** * Experience building \& solving Transport Optimization problems. * Familiarity with SQL \& APIs. * Experience with enterprise planning and ERP platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP, and SAP BW. * Familiarity with Coupa Supply Chain Design App Studio, Macros \& Data Viz.
