YOUR TASKS* You are familiar with the standard functions and configuration options of Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud is a plus. * You contribute to the configuration, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions, applying critical thinking to deliver practical and effective implementations. * You prioritize using standard configuration options (Flows, Process Builder, Page Layouts, Reports & Dashboards) and only write custom code (Apex, LWC, triggers) when necessary. * You implement and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other middleware tools. * You perform administrative tasks including user management, security settings, automation, and maintenance of the Salesforce environment. * You continuously collaborate with product owners, architects, and other team members, actively sharing your knowledge and aligning technical solutions with business needs. * You contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and ensure the optimal integration of Salesforce within our customers’ ecosystems. YOUR PROFILE* You have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience working with Salesforce, both as an administrator and as a developer. * You are experienced in Apex, LWC, triggers, SOQL, Process Automation, and implementing integrations. * You have practical experience with Salesforce administration, including user and permission management, flows, page layouts, and reports. * Experience with Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud implementations is a plus. * You hold or are pursuing Salesforce Platform Developer I certification. * You have good communication skills, are comfortable working with others, and can approach tasks thoughtfully. * You are comfortable communicating in English, both in writing and verbally.
