Summary: Support the setup, management, and continuous optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various platforms, monitoring KPIs and conducting research to improve effectiveness. Collaborate with design and content teams ROLE: Support the setup, management, and continuous optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, and other platforms. Monitor key performance indicators (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and assist with performance dashboards and periodic reporting to support data\-driven decisions. Conduct market, competitor, and keyword research to identify growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with design and content teams to assist in the creation and testing of advertising creatives, ad copy, and landing pages adapted to different audiences and platforms. QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science, or a related field (preferred). Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, or Amazon Ads (minimum 2 years). Passion for digital marketing and strong motivation to develop in performance marketing. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Fluent in Portuguese and proficient in English. Team player with an autonomous, proactive, and responsible attitude. Good planning and organizational skills.
