As a **DevOps Engineer Master Senior**, you will act as a technical leader, supporting multiple teams in optimizing their Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), implementing automation strategies, standardizing development pipelines, and promoting a DevOps culture across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who combine strong technical expertise with mentoring skills and enjoy driving engineering excellence in enterprise environments. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) processes and identify opportunities to optimize development and operational workflows. * Design and implement automation solutions to improve software delivery efficiency. * Advise development teams on DevOps best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. * Deliver technical training and mentoring on DevOps tools, methodologies, and pipeline implementation. * Develop reusable automation scripts using Bash, PowerShell, and Python. * Review pull requests for shared libraries and automation components. * Create technical documentation, standards, best practices, and self\-service materials. * Develop training materials for CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation techniques. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary Agile teams and promote engineering best practices across projects. #### **Mandatory Requirements** * Up to 15 years of professional experience in DevOps, Software Engineering, Platform Engineering, or related roles. * Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Senior DevOps Engineer. * Strong experience with: * Jenkins * Git * Docker * Terraform * Ansible * Experience developing automation scripts using: * Bash * PowerShell * Python * Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). * Experience optimizing CI/CD pipelines and software delivery processes. * Ability to mentor technical teams and promote DevOps best practices. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Experience working in Agile environments. * Knowledge of Jira and Confluence. * Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * English level C1 (Mandatory). #### **Nice to Have** * Experience designing enterprise\-wide DevOps standards and governance. * Experience implementing reusable CI/CD frameworks. * Strong documentation and knowledge\-sharing skills. * Experience supporting multiple development teams simultaneously. * Previous experience in Utilities or other highly regulated industries. #### **Ideal Candidate Profile** We are looking for a highly experienced DevOps professional who is passionate about automation, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement.
