The **Health Data Hub** is launching its new webinar series **« At the heart of health data »**, highlighting research projects based on the reuse of health data. The first edition, held on Thursday, November 27, will focus on the **Bacthub project led by Inserm and AP-HP**, in partnership with the Health Data Hub. On this occasion, **Laurence Watier**, researcher at Inserm and scientific lead of the [Bacthub](https://www.health-data-hub.fr/partenariats/bacthub) project, will present the advances and future perspectives of this work. This innovative project aims to better understand the link between antibiotic consumption and the emergence of resistant bacteria, leveraging large-scale health data. It contributes to improving the surveillance and prevention of antibiotic resistance, a major public health challenge recognized by the WHO and the ministry responsible for health. Webinar program: * The project's **initial results**, achievements, and preliminary insights; * An **innovative methodology** based on the secure linkage of hospital and medical-administrative data; * **Concrete applications** to enhance antibiotic resistance surveillance and prevention in France; * A **Q&A session** to explore upcoming perspectives and potential collaborations.
