-> Why a workshop reserved for women? Because different things are said in a mixed workshop compared to one reserved for women. In such a particularly secure space, women's speech is different. -> Why a workshop about money? Money occupies a central place in our individual and social lives. Yet there are few spaces available to reflect, exchange ideas, and ask questions about its role, its impacts, our difficulties... -> The purpose of this workshop is to: * provide a friendly and supportive space for discussion * allow participants to talk about the place and meaning of money in their lives * encourage asking questions -> What benefits for participants? • discuss money with complete confidentiality and safety • discover that other women also have questions or difficulties regarding money • enrich yourselves from their experiences and enrich them with your own • find answers to your questions • clarify your relationship with money • invent new, more satisfying behaviors toward money • enjoy the pleasure of helping each other This free workshop is open to all women. The theme we work on is chosen collectively at the beginning of each workshop. To participate, simply share your questions and bring your experiences in this area! We exchange in a spirit of listening, kindness, and confidentiality. A few (non-exhaustive) examples of themes: • Useful expenses, futile expenses • Money in couples • Does money have a gender? • Beliefs about money • "If I were rich..." • Battles over inheritances • Reducing your expenses • Financial independence: for what and for whom? • What is my worth? • Asking for a raise (in salary, rates, etc.) -> How does it work? Workshop with between 3 and around fifteen participants, facilitated by two facilitators. A few simple rules of kind listening and confidentiality. Each participant is invited to suggest a theme at the beginning of the workshop, then we vote to choose the evening's theme. Attention: if you arrive too late, the "door" will be closed: indeed, after 5 to 10 minutes, the workshop is already well underway and exchanges have started. We cannot restart everything for someone who arrives late. Practical detail: we ask that everyone turn on their camera and be visible, to maintain a minimum level of conviviality, better interaction, and mutual trust.
