Job Summary: Sysdev is seeking a Support Specialist to strengthen its team, responsible for providing technical support, understanding mobility software challenges, and proposing improvements. Sysdev is recruiting a *Support Specialist* to strengthen its team, to perform the following tasks: * Provide technical support to Sysdev product customers and partners, assisting in resolving technical issues, answering questions, and offering necessary guidance on proper product usage; * Understand mobility software challenges faced by customers and technology partners, and propose improvement procedures; * Guide the installation and configuration of Sysdev products at customer sites, ensuring all configurations are correct and products operate in compliance with requirements; * Identify software improvements that will enhance the customer experience; * Act as a subject matter expert on products developed by Sysdev. To this end, we seek a candidate with: * One to two years of experience in IT support or related roles; * Proven skills in algorithms and data structures, particularly in SQL; * User-level knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Cegid Primavera, Cegid PHC, Sage, or others) is valued; * Strong communication skills (oral and written) in Portuguese and English, especially in active listening processes; * Ability to manage multiple assignments and proactively and collaboratively prioritize tasks.
