Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and dedicated accountant to support various accounting, administrative, and tax-related tasks within the Finance Department of a leading refrigeration company. This role will be essential in supporting various accounting, administrative, and tax-related tasks within the Finance Department. **About Us:** CCR is a world leader in innovative and sustainable refrigeration solutions. Responsibilities: * Record and process supplier and customer invoices. * Review and monitor supplier and customer portfolios. * Record manual payments and customer receipts. * Perform bank reconciliations. * Support accounts receivable dispute management. * Conduct internal controls (telephony, fleet, etc.). * Collaborate closely with external tax consultants to provide any information related to the company’s legal obligations, both for tax filing and for preparing documentation for audits. * Other accounting-related administrative tasks. Qualifications: * Knowledge of accounting principles. * Advanced tax knowledge regarding preparation and filing of VAT, IRC, and other mandatory taxes in Portugal. * SAP knowledge is considered an advantage. * Advanced proficiency in Excel. * Experience in administrative and tax-related tasks. * Languages: English (Advanced), Portuguese (Advanced), Spanish (Spoken). * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Proactive attitude and ability to work autonomously within a team.
