Job Summary: We are seeking a manual garment cutter to strengthen our team, with expertise in cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control, as well as a strong sense of organization and teamwork. Fabric preparation, marking, pattern layout, and precise cutting Due to our current growth in production and shipment of thousands of garments from several world-renowned brands, we seek to strengthen our team with a manual garment cutter. **What We Are Looking For:** * Solid knowledge of cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control operations (mandatory); * Proactivity, dynamism, and good communication skills; * Strong sense of organization, responsibility, commitment, and teamwork; * Problem-solving ability; **Responsibilities:** * Fabric preparation (spreading): laying fabric or knit layers evenly on the cutting table, ensuring correct alignment, appropriate tension, and proper grain or design direction; * Marking and pattern layout: positioning patterns efficiently on the fabric to optimize material usage, and tracing outlines with chalk or specialized tools; * Precise cutting: using scissors or manual cutting tools to cut fabric along traced lines, ensuring dimensional accuracy; * Piece identification: organizing and sorting cut pieces (lays) for sewing, ensuring paired parts are correctly mirrored; * Tool maintenance: keeping cutting machines and scissors sharp and clean to ensure clean and safe cuts; * Quality control: inspecting fabric for defects before and during cutting to ensure final products meet technical specifications. **Profile:** * Completed secondary education (preferred); * Basic English language skills; * Sense of responsibility; * Strong orientation toward teamwork and goal achievement; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
