#### **Your Day-to-Day**
* Co-create short- and medium-term objectives and strategies for the Area and the Business Unit, ensuring sustainable business development and communicating necessary guidance to teams;
* Continuously monitor the development of my Area’s business by analyzing data and KPIs from analytical tools provided by specialists, enabling proactive actions and initiatives to achieve tactical and operational plans;
* Effectively manage the product offering within the department and coordinate efficient collection rollouts in partnership with Store Logistics teams, ensuring time-to-market;
* Work interdependently with the shelf layout and stock teams, proactively identifying the department’s purchasing needs and contributing to product availability on shelves;
* Understand the phygital customer, external environment, and competition, incorporating innovations and best practices to define competitive product range and pricing strategies;
* Understand positive-product offerings and know how best to maximize the introduction/presence of such products across departments;
* Define quantitative objectives for my Area aligned with Business Unit goals, performing necessary forecasting, anticipation, and prioritization;
* Proactively analyze and monitor Area performance, tracking and analyzing the Profit & Loss Statement, identifying improvement levers for accounts, analyzing variances, and driving appropriate action plans to reduce shrinkage.
#### **Who We’re Looking For**
* Completed secondary education (12th grade);
* 3 years of experience as a salesperson;
* Proactivity and sense of responsibility;
* Initiative and entrepreneurial spirit;
* Ability to work autonomously and make decisions;
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams;
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills;
* English language proficiency;
