With a focus on quality, efficiency, and modern design, we seek a motivated, entrepreneurial Construction Supervisor / Coordinator to join our team in the Maia region, near Porto Airport. What We Are Looking For: Knowledge of modular housing projects and construction (preferred); Proven experience in construction coordination/supervision, preferably within the construction sector (eliminatory criterion); Ability to plan, manage deadlines, and control budgets; Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams; Dynamic, proactive profile with a strong desire to grow within an expanding company; Fluency in Portuguese (knowledge of English and Spanish is an advantage); Valid Category B driver’s license. Key Responsibilities: Oversee modular construction projects and works; Coordinate technical, operational teams, and subcontractors; Analyze budgets and control execution costs; Support client, supplier, and partner communications; Ensure quality, safety, and adherence to deadlines across all project phases.
