Excellent opportunity for professional development and career progression Nortempo Seleção is recruiting a **Multisite Quality Manager** for direct integration with a prestigious industrial client located in the **Porto**, operating in highly demanding sectors focused on excellence. #### **Your Challenge** You will serve as the Quality reference across multiple production units, ensuring implementation, improvement, and certification of processes, fostering a true culture of operational excellence. #### **Your Responsibilities** * Lead and develop quality management systems; * Ensure compliance with **EN9100/AS9100** standards and other applicable frameworks; * Coordinate internal, external, customer, and certification audits; * Implement continuous improvement actions and monitor performance indicators; * Manage non-conformities, complaints, and corrective action plans; * Collaborate closely with operational teams to ensure the highest quality standards; * Support strategic projects and drive process improvement across different locations. #### **Profile We Are Seeking** * Higher education degree in Quality, Electrical Engineering, or related field; * Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality roles within an industrial environment; * Proven experience with **EN9100/AS9100** systems; * Solid knowledge of **ISO 9001** and other management frameworks; * Experience in audits and problem-solving and continuous improvement methodologies; * Good command of English; * Willingness to travel regularly between Portugal and Switzerland; #### **Additional Assets** * Knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620, AQAP, or ESD; * Experience in aerospace, electronics, defense, or medical devices sectors; * Knowledge in wiring and electromechanical systems. #### **What We Offer** * Direct contract with the client; * Integration into a stable and growing company; * Function with high strategic impact and autonomy; * Participation in flagship projects in technology and industrial sectors; * Excellent opportunity for professional development and career progression. * Salary package: **€1500 to €2500 gross per month** \+ additional benefits. **If you seek a challenge where you can leave your mark on Quality and contribute to the excellence of multiple industrial operations, we want to meet you.** Nortempo – Temporary Work Agency, Ltd.
