Ensure strategic and operational management of the Procurement Department, guaranteeing efficient, economical, and timely acquisition of all materials, products, and services required for company operations — including timber and derivatives, ceramics, stationery, IT equipment and software — while ensuring quality, availability, compliance, and cost optimization. **Main Responsibilities** * Procurement Department Management: Lead and coordinate the department, ensuring organization, efficiency, and adherence to internal policies; define priorities, delegate tasks, and monitor procurement performance. * Materials and Products Procurement: Timber and materials; ensure purchases comply with requested technical specifications; guarantee timely delivery and quality of received products. * Negotiation: Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery deadlines, annual contracts, annual agreements, and service-level agreements; assess market trends and propose strategic adjustments; implement optimization solutions. * Supplier Management: Identify, select, and qualify suppliers for different product categories; evaluate supplier performance (quality, delivery times, and reliability); * Maintain an updated and diversified supplier portfolio to mitigate supply risks; manage commercial relationships and technical visits when necessary. * Price and Quantity Control: Monitor market prices; validate required quantities based on production planning, minimum stock levels, and internal needs.
