ARFILINE HOME is looking for a Site Supervisor to join the team and oversee renovation and rehabilitation projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, and on-site team coordination. Responsibilities * Coordinate and supervise on-site work. * Manage in-house teams. * Plan and organize the various phases of construction projects. * Ensure adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Control materials and equipment required for project execution. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations. * Report project progress to company management. Requirements * Minimum 5 years of experience as a Site Supervisor. * Experience in renovation and rehabilitation (preferred). * Leadership and team management capabilities. * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. * Ability to read technical drawings. * Valid driver's license.
