As a Store Operator, you will become familiar with every area of the store and help ensure an excellent experience for customers. **Your Responsibilities:** Perform merchandise replenishment, ensuring customers find their favorite products; Ensure freshness control of fruits and vegetables; Carry out cashier and customer service duties; Ensure proper presentation, organization, and cleanliness of the store. **Required Profile:** Completion of compulsory education (9th grade), minimum requirement; Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays; Customer orientation and friendliness; Versatility and dynamism; Enjoyment of teamwork. **Compensation:** **Monthly salary in the 1st year:** €700; **Monthly salary in the 2nd year:** €735; **Monthly salary in the 3rd year:** €777; **Monthly salary in the 4th year:** €875; Salary progression for a full-time workload of 40 hours per week, ranging from €1,000 to €1,250 within 3 years. **Benefits:** Meal allowance of €9.60 per working day, up to an additional €220 per month, paid via meal card; Option of a meal allowance of €10.20 per working day, paid via Lidl Fan Card for exclusive use in Lidl stores; 25 vacation days per year, including additional vacation days granted for absence of unjustified absences; A paid day off on your birthday or another special date of your choice; Over 600 partnerships offering advantageous and exclusive conditions; Referral program with a gross bonus of €350 for each successfully hired candidate referral; Fresh fruit daily; "We Care for You" program, providing confidential counseling on psychological, legal, or financial matters; "More Health" program, featuring health and wellness activities; Tailored training plan aligned with your role.
