Integrated within a prestigious industrial group with strong international presence and currently undergoing expansion, we are recruiting a **Technical Office Manager – Naval Engineering**. This is an opportunity to take command of a specialized team, ensuring technical excellence from basic design to final delivery, in an environment where innovation and rigor are foundational pillars.
### **Responsibilities:**
* **Team Coordination:** Lead the technical engineering team in carrying out the office’s daily activities.
* **Engineering Design:** Develop basic ship designs (general arrangements, short-circuit calculations, selectivity analyses, etc.).
* **Layout and Systems:** Prepare layout plans for lighting, fire detection, public address systems, and electrical conduit networks.
* **Electrical Development:** Create electrical diagrams for distribution panels (using ELCAD or similar software), optimized for workshop manufacturing.
* **Production Support:** Prepare cable lists and equipment/panel connection schematics.
* **Technical Management:** Establish technical contact with suppliers and manufacturers for material selection and sourcing.
### **Profile:**
* **Education:** Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Naval, or related fields).
* **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years in similar roles.
* **Technical Skills:**
+ Solid knowledge of **electricity applied to shipbuilding**.
+ Proficiency in computer tools: **AutoCAD** (mandatory) and **Excel**.
+ Knowledge of classification society rules is considered an advantage.
* **Languages:** Good command of English (preferred qualification).
* **Soft Skills:** Strong sense of responsibility, leadership capability, and ease in teamwork.
