The candidate will be responsible for the company’s and/or clients’ accounting and tax processing, ensuring compliance with fiscal and financial obligations, among other tasks. Provide support in implementing AI automation tools and digitalizing processes within the department. **Main Responsibilities:** ✔ Posting, classification, and reconciliation of accounting documents. ✔ Preparation and submission of tax returns (VAT, IRC, IRS, IES, etc.). ✔ Support in preparing financial statements and management reports. ✔ Monthly and annual closing of accounts. ✔ Analysis and monitoring of customer and supplier current accounts. ✔ Coordination of internal and external audits. ✔ Ensuring compliance with current accounting and tax regulations. **Requirements:** ✅ Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Management, or related field**. ✅ **Minimum of 2 years of experience** in accounting roles. ✅ Knowledge of **Portuguese SNC standards and tax legislation**. ✅ Proficiency in accounting software (ERP CEGID Primavera). ✅ Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. ✅ Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. ✅ Registration with the **Order of Certified Accountants**. **What we offer:** Join a dynamic and growing company.
