Excellent teamwork environment within a multidisciplinary and collaborative team PConcept \- Engineering and Construction, an excellence-oriented company specializing in Civil Construction and Engineering, is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Steelwork Site Planner to join our team in the Paredes area. Responsibilities: * Perform detailed on-site measurements; * Prepare manufacturing drawings, assembly diagrams, and structured technical specifications for the production phase (metal structures, window frames, cladding, etc.); * Analyze projects and technical drawings with high precision requirements; * Compile rigorous material lists (profiles, sheets, reinforcements, and accessories) required to fulfill orders; * Monitor production processes in the workshop and on-site assembly to ensure maximum quality and adherence to established deadlines. Main Requirements: * Proven professional experience in site planning, specifically within the metalworking sector (steel, aluminum, and stainless steel); * Solid experience bridging the factory/workshop environment with on-site assembly management; * Proficiency in computer-aided design software: AutoCAD (knowledge of complementary software such as SolidWorks or specialized window-frame programs will be considered an advantage); * A highly detail-oriented and rigorous profile; * Strong determination and focus on meeting deadlines; * High resilience in facing daily operational challenges; * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; * Good communication skills and interpersonal relationship abilities.
