Our software is used daily by professionals and end users — meaning that **any bug, delay, or failure has real-world impact on actual people**. We are expanding our team and seeking **2 Mobile Developers (Android / iOS)** who wish to grow with us — not only technically, but also as responsible, ethical, and customer-impact-oriented professionals. Here, we value **attitude, responsibility, and commitment to results more than years of experience**. **Your Impact** * Resolve and close tickets with customer impact * Scale up quickly when you feel you need help * Anticipate and communicate risks before they escalate * Contribute to *features* used daily by thousands of users * Participate in releases deployed to production, generating immediate feedback **What We Value (Above All Else)** * End-to-end ownership and accountability * Ability to ask for help when blocked * Clear and honest communication, even under pressure * Sense of urgency aligned with real business and customer impact * Alignment with processes and the team during critical moments **Requirements (Mandatory)** * Solid experience in Android (Kotlin/Java) **and/or** iOS (Swift/Objective\-C) * Comfortable reading and understanding legacy code * Strong knowledge of REST APIs, debugging, logs, and crash reports * Genuine interest (or at least comfort) in bug fixing and stabilization * Daily proficiency with Git **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience with production apps (releases, testing, user support) * Experience with monitoring tools * Basic understanding of mobile CI/CD or automated testing **We welcome (and value) junior profiles.
