Teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction **Braga, Portugal | On-site | French + English | Monday to Friday: 07:00 – 19:00 (rotating shifts) Start Date: May 2026** ### **ABOUT THE ROLE:** We are recruiting Customer Support Assistants fluent in French to join our client’s team in Braga, Portugal. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing customer support in French and English. ### **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** — Provide high-quality customer support through multiple channels — Manage orders and resolve issues efficiently — Communicate with customers in French and English — Work collaboratively to ensure customer satisfaction — Maintain accurate records of customer interactions ### **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** — Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) — Strong communication and problem-solving skills — Customer orientation and attention to detail — Availability to work rotating shifts, including Saturdays — EU ID document, Residence Permit, and Letter of Interest **OR** Valid Work Visa (Type D) \+ AIMA appointment \+ Portuguese Tax Identification Number (NIF) **OR** Expired Work Visa (Type D) \+ AIMA attendance already completed \+ NIF — Social Security Number (NISS) (preferred; assistance available for obtaining it) ### **WHAT WE OFFER:** — Competitive base salary paid in 14 installments per year — Performance bonus: €155 per year — Meal allowance: €7.63 per day — Braga location bonus: €20 annually (welcome bonus paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year) — Health insurance from day one (monthly fee applies; free after 6 months) — Days off: Saturday and Sunday — Permanent contract with career progression opportunities
