**Job Title: Application Support Analyst** **Location: Lisbon or Porto, Portugal** **Work Regime: Full\-time \& Hybrid (2x/3x office days)** **Overview / Summary:** We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support for enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have experience in Linux environments, SQL, and scripting, with a strong understanding of ITIL practices. **Responsibilities and Tasks:** * Provide application support and troubleshooting for Linux\-based systems. * Write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis and problem resolution. * Develop and maintain scripts in Bash or Python to automate tasks and processes. * Collaborate with IT and development teams to resolve incidents and implement improvements. * Follow ITIL processes for incident, problem, and change management. ### **Requirements** **Mandatory Requirements:** * \+2 years of experience in application support in Linux environments. * Experience in SQL, including writing and optimizing queries. * Experience with scripting in Bash and/or Python. * Knowledge of ITIL practices and processes. * Proficient in English (written and spoken). ### **Benefits** **Important**: * Our company does not sponsor work visas or work permits.
