Collaborate in translating business requirements into technical specifications **Description:** ---------------- Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile: **Main Tasks and Responsibilities:** * Provide technical leadership and mentoring to internal and external teams; * Define and evolve application architectures: * Participate in the development and maintenance of software solutions; * Conduct code reviews and promote software engineering best practices; * Define infrastructure technical requirements and collaborate with DevOps teams; * Collaborate in translating business requirements into technical specifications; **Requirements:** * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar; * At least 7 years of experience in Java software development; * Previous experience in technical leadership, software architecture, or technical coordination roles; * Experience with microservices architectures and API\-driven development; * Certifications in Software Architecture, Information Security, or Project Management will be valued; * Experience with Artificial Intelligence solutions will be a plus; * Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and support multidisciplinary teams; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
