AUCTION PROCEDURE:
a) First Sale Phase – Sale of the industrial unit for the total amount of €810,000.00. This sale is exempt from payment of the Municipal Property Transfer Tax (IMT) and Stamp Duty, pursuant to Articles 270 and 269 of the Insolvency and Corporate Recovery Code (CIRE), as well as from VAT, pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 4 of the VAT Code (CIVA);
b) Second Sale Phase – Sale of the real estate property for €450,000.00 and movable assets for €360,000.00. This sale is exempt from payment of IMT and Stamp Duty, pursuant to Articles 270 and 269 of the CIRE, as well as from VAT, pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 4 of the CIVA;
c) Third Sale Phase – Lot-by-lot, item-by-item, or other possible sales.
Item i4 – Urban property designated for warehouses and industrial activity, comprising a ground-floor and first-floor building plus a yard, with an area of 10,343.15 m², located at Grota dos Calrrinhos, São Luís, São Bento, Angra do Heroísmo; registered at the Land Registry Office of Angra do Heroísmo under No. 1367/São Bento and entered in the Urban Property Tax Roll under Article 1405 of the parish of São Bento, with an urban taxable value of €339,697.00.
