Job Summary: B-Simple is seeking a Senior Full-stack Software Engineer to develop and maintain core modules of PatientCare, participate in architectural migration, and ensure quality within a regulated environment. Work in a regulated ecosystem with emphasis on quality and reliability B\-Simple, a company specializing in healthcare software solutions, develops PatientCare — a clinical records platform used by public and private healthcare providers. We are recruiting a Senior Full\-stack Software Engineer for our Development Team, responsible for core patient journey modules in PatientCare, such as admissions, transfers, discharges, and clinical reporting. **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop end\-to\-end features — backend in C\#/.NET and frontend in Angular — for a clinical solution currently in production across multiple countries and continuously expanding; * Participate in the gradual migration of the architecture from monolith to microservices and microfrontends; * Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members; * Work within a regulated ecosystem (ISO 13485 standard and MDR regulation — software as a medical device), where code quality, traceability, and reliability are top priorities. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor’s or higher degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; * Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in this role or similar; * Solid backend experience with C\#/.NET and relational databases — SQL Server or PostgreSQL; * Practical experience with Angular — or another SPA framework, with willingness to transition to Angular; * Technical autonomy in analysis, routine practice of testing and code review, and experience developing and deploying mission\-critical features into production. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Strong teamwork and communication skills; * Prior experience in healthcare or regulated software will be valued (non\-mandatory). **What We Offer:** * Full\-time employment contract; * Base salary between €2,200 and €3,450 gross/month (14 months), commensurate with experience; * Career progression opportunities; * Hybrid work model, with one office day every two weeks (Porto); * Opportunity to work in a dynamic team on innovative projects. * Collaborative work environment focused on continuous development and professional growth.
