Main **responsibilities:** · Direct customer support, ensuring excellent service; · Promotion and marketing of brand products/services; · Monitoring of commercial campaigns across different sales points; · Collaboration with the team to optimize daily results; · Contribution to maintaining the brand's positive image in assigned locations.
