**Sales Assistant – Call Center (Healthcare)** We are seeking a Sales Assistant to promote healthcare products and services via telephone. A dynamic opportunity with potential progression to full-time employment. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Contact existing and prospective clients (outbound); * Present and promote products and services; * Clarify inquiries and ensure high-quality customer service; * Achieve team-based sales targets. **PROFILE** * Experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred); * Strong communication skills and empathy; * Results-oriented mindset and commercial aptitude; * Basic computer literacy. **CONDITIONS** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00–17:00, with weekends and public holidays off; possibility of full-time employment; * Location: Marquês de Pombal, with potential future hybrid work arrangement; * Compensation: Base salary + meal allowance + commissions; * Benefits: Health insurance plan, birthday leave, access to Vetecare.
