Flagworld Group operates across multiple business areas within the hospitality, travel, and leisure sectors. Currently, Flagworld Hotels manages a total of 27 hotels and resorts with approximately 1,800 rooms, both nationally and internationally, and is recruiting an Executive Assistant (M/F) for its unit located in São João da Madeira. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for ensuring the service quality required by the unit, adhering to all applicable standards and procedures, and guaranteeing overall guest and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Ensure efficient management and operation; Be actively involved in managing the unit’s commercial activities; Ensure compliance with current legal requirements; Promote attractive activities and services for guests and customers; Define internal hotel/guest communication; Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields; Proven experience in similar roles (minimum 2 years); Results-oriented and focused on effectiveness; Strong commercial and interpersonal aptitude; Responsible, meticulous, and committed to work; Stress-resilient and capable of working under pressure; Highly skilled in communication and teamwork; Ability to plan and manage the Food & Beverage (F&B) department; Ability to lead, plan, and manage change; Familiarity with the region and its tourism potential; Candidates matching the desired profile should send their CV to rh@flagworld.pt Employment Type: Full-time Experience: * Team Management: 1 year (Preferred)
