As **Analyst Developer Proximité** , you will be responsible for **designing, maintaining and optimizing Access\-based applications** and **supporting business teams through high\-quality analysis and development** in our ecosystem. Build side: * Design and develop new functionalities in MS Access using VBA * Create and maintain forms, modules and macros * Produce clear technical and functional specifications * Write SQL queries and contribute to database structures * Participate in workshops to gather and translate business needs Run side: * Maintain and enhance existing MS Access applications * Diagnose and resolve incidents or performance issues * Provide proximity support to business teams * Ensure corrective and evolutive maintenance * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools **This is your background** You have at least **4\+ years of experience** in demanding development environments involving MS Access and VBA.
