The Operation and Reliability Analysis team, part of the RGA Platform, is strengthening its team in Porto. **What you will do:** Ensure hydroelectric asset operation analysis through data processing and validation, providing operational and reliability indicators that allow assessing the performance of generation assets within the hydroelectric power park and supporting investment and maintenance decisions. * Develop processes and algorithms for processing, analyzing, and validating operational data. * Analyze incidents or events during operations, promoting the implementation of improvement actions in coordination with various asset management areas within the generation platform. * Support the development of mechanisms for providing operational data to internal and external entities. * Implement reports related to the operation and management of hydroelectric facilities. * Participate in the analysis of hydroelectric facility operations and validate data records in Water Management applications, assisting in correcting and updating operational data and events. * Optimize the classification and coding process of fault notes and service orders. * Support equipment registration and cataloging, as well as the development of tools that optimize their updating. * Prepare and update operation rules for various hydroelectric facilities. * Establish and calculate reliability indicators in coordination with support and asset management teams. **Contract Type:** Permanent Contract **Work Model:** Hybrid **Work Location:** Porto **What we are looking for:** * Secondary education / 12th grade of Technical\-Professional courses in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. * Professional experience up to 2 years in similar roles. * Experience in your field of training with knowledge of Office tools, with preference given to knowledge/experience in: + SAP\-PM; + SQL and Oracle database. + VBA and Python. * English language proficiency (preferable). * Teamwork ability; Proactivity; Resilience; Collaboration and networking; Critical and constructive mindset.
