In this regard, we seek the following competencies in our candidates: * Diagnosis, identification, and assessment of structural and aesthetic damage to automotive bodies and chassis * Surface preparation, including sanding, sealing, application of fillers, and fine-tuning * Disassembly, assembly, and alignment of body components * Dent removal, cutting, stretching, shaping, and refurbishment of various materials using specialized tools * Independent operation of chassis benches/jigs * Welding across various applications (aluminum welding experience is valued) * Knowledge of painting techniques is valued Therefore, we are looking for a candidate with: * At least three years of proven professional experience in this field (not an eliminatory criterion) * If possible (not mandatory), a portfolio or set of illustrative examples of previously performed services to help us assess the candidate’s competencies (physical format or PDF) * Secondary education qualifications * Efficiency and professionalism in performing assigned duties, with the ability to meet deadlines and quotas To match what we require, we offer: * Highly competitive and flexible salary packages and conditions.
