You will be responsible for the strategic and operational management of the electrotechnical/energy product portfolio, ensuring technical and commercial support to field teams and driving sustainable growth of the category. **Your Mission:** * **Product Management (core):** * Define, manage, and develop the electrotechnical product portfolio and energy solutions. * Identify market opportunities, technological trends, and customer needs. * Collaborate directly with **world-leading manufacturers**, ensuring technical and strategic alignment. * **Technical and Commercial Support:** * Provide **specialized technical support** to technical and commercial teams in the field. * Deliver technical presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions (internal and external). * Support proposal development, specifications, and project-specific sizing. * **Customer and Market Engagement:** * Support strategic B2B customers in defining comprehensive and optimized solutions. * Gather market feedback to refine product offerings, positioning, and roadmap. **What We’re Looking For (Essential Profile)** * Higher education degree in **Electrotechnical Engineering** (or equivalent). * Strong communication, organizational, and autonomous working skills. * Results-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for multidisciplinary teamwork. * Proficiency in computer applications (MS Office). * Valid driver’s license (Category B). **We Highly Value** * Solid knowledge and/or specialization in **Energy**. * Prior experience in **product management**, technical pre-sales, application engineering, or B2B technical-commercial roles. * Experience in the **industrial, energy, automation, or related sectors**. * Technical English (spoken and written). **What We Offer** * **Attractive salary package:** €1,000–€2,000/month, commensurate with experience. * **Variable compensation:** performance bonus + annual bonus. * **Benefits:** meal card/ticket and health insurance. * **Full-time contract**, 8 hours/day. * **Growth and continuous training:** join a rapidly expanding technology company with strong investment in professional development.
