What you’ll do: Manage and energize communities on Facebook Groups, Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp. Respond to messages, questions, and member interactions. Moderate content and ensure a safe, respectful, and participatory environment. Encourage conversations, activities, and engagement within the community. Identify community needs and relay that feedback to the team. Monitor group growth, behavior, and internal trends. Resolve conflicts and prevent situations that could harm the community atmosphere. Create simple reports on community status and key insights. Required qualifications: Fluent English (you will communicate daily in this language). Experience or strong proficiency in online community management. Solid knowledge of Facebook Groups, Telegram, Discord, and WhatsApp. Leadership ability, empathy, and excellent communication skills. Organization, responsibility, and complete autonomy. Availability for flexible working hours (the community never sleeps—but you can xD).
