We are looking for **Tractor Operators** to strengthen our team in the agricultural sector. If you have experience operating tractors and enjoy working in the field, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** \- Driving and operating agricultural tractors \- Soil preparation and mobilization \- Transporting agricultural materials and products \- Basic maintenance of tractors and other equipment \- Supporting other agricultural tasks as required **Requirements:** \- Experience operating agricultural tractors (mandatory) \- Tractor driver's license or COTS (disqualifying if absent) \- Basic mechanical knowledge for preventive maintenance \- Good physical condition and stamina for outdoor work \- Ability to work in a team and autonomy in task execution \- Availability for flexible working hours \- Legal eligibility to work in Portugal **Benefits:** \- Fixed-term employment contract \- Base salary: €950 + Meal allowance: €5.50 per day \- Performance bonus Join our team and contribute to a more productive agricultural sector!
