**Mafraria** is recruiting an **Operations Analyst** to support the control of sales, inventory, production, and waste, contributing to improved business profitability. **Responsibilities** * Analyze daily sales, production, and consumption data. * Prepare simple and clear operational performance reports. * Manage inventory and conduct regular stock counts. * Monitor and record waste. * Track production, sales, and cost KPIs. * Identify improvements in operational processes. * Support management with reliable information for decision-making. **Requirements** * Experience in analytical, control, or operational management roles (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel. * Rigor, organization, and attention to detail. * Ability to interpret data and present conclusions. * Proactivity and critical thinking.
