




We’re a small and growing eCommerce business seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented assistant to help with day\-to\-day order fulfilment and light clerical duties. This is a hands\-on role ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organised and running smoothly behind the scene Key Responsibilities: Pack and prepare customer orders for shipping Print and attach shipping labels Organise and check incoming parcels Update order statuses and tracking details in Shopify General admin tasks (e.g. data entry, printing invoices, filing) Keep workspace tidy and stock well organised What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail Punctual, organised, and reliable Basic computer skills (Shopify or similar platforms is a bonus) Ability to work independently and efficiently Prior experience in eCommerce or order fulfilment is a plus, but not essential Benefits: Flexible daytime hours (approx. 3–4 hours per shift, 2 days/week) On\-the\-job training Friendly, relaxed working environment Convenient location, close to public transport Tipo de oferta: Part\-time Pagamento: 500,00€ \- 900,00€ por semana Horas esperadas: 20 por semana Benefícios: * Horário flexível
