Asan **Structural Engineer** you will be responsible for the hands\-on supervision, coordination, and execution of multi\-disciplinary installation projects for process equipment, utilities, and supporting infrastructure. You will act as the critical link between the Design/Engineering department and the technical teams on\-site, ensuring the precise implementation of instrumentation, equipment, and systems according to stringent project specifications. Your expertise will ensure the seamless integration of mechanical, process, utility, and structural elements, coordinating all assembly activities from planning to final handover. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Project Execution \& Site Coordination:** Lead and participate in the on\-site installation, assembly, and commissioning support activities for various pharmaceutical projects (e.g., process equipment, HVAC, utilities, piping), ensuring strict adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cGMP/EHS regulations. * **Multi\-Disciplinary Implementation Oversight:** Manage the practical field implementation of process equipment, instrumentation, and supporting infrastructure. Translate P\&IDs, layout drawings, and technical specifications from design into physical execution. * **Design Liaison \& Technical Interface:** Serve as the primary on\-site coordinator, receiving, reviewing, and interpreting technical documentation from the Design/Engineering department. Clarify requirements and provide field feedback. * **Technical Team Supervision:** Directly coordinate and supervise technical installation teams providing clear instructions, technical guidance, and ensuring cohesive collaboration between different trade specialists. * **Assembly \& Construction Management:** Take ownership of coordinating all site assembly and construction activities, including work sequencing, tool/resource allocation, material handling, and the integration of various system components. * **Quality \& Regulatory Compliance:** Ensure all installation work complies with relevant pharmaceutical industry standards, project specifications and site Environmental, Health \& Safety (EHS) protocols. Support documentation and inspection processes. * **On\-Site Problem\-Solving:** Proactively identify and resolve technical, logistical, or spatial conflicts that arise during the installation phase. Collaborate with engineering to develop practical, compliant solutions to maintain project progress and integrity. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or a closely related field). * Minimum of 5 years of proven, hands\-on experience in coordinating and supervising multi\-disciplinary installation, assembly, or construction projects within a regulated industry (pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food \& beverage, or similar high\-standard environments preferred). * Demonstrated experience in interpreting and working from technical documentation such as P\&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), isometric drawings, layout plans, and mechanical specifications. * Strong practical knowledge of industrial systems integration, with an understanding of the interfaces between process equipment, utilities (e.g., HVAC, purified water), piping, and instrumentation. * Familiarity with industry standards and a strong awareness of Environmental, Health \& Safety (EHS) protocols in an industrial setting. * Excellent on\-site coordination, leadership, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively direct technical teams and liaise with engineering departments. * Proactive problem\-solver with a results\-driven mindset and the ability to manage priorities and challenges in a dynamic project environment. * Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is required. **Location:** Loures, Portugal (Onsite). **Why Join Us?** * Possibility to work with cutting\-edge technology in the Life Sciences industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Possibility to join a top\-leading company in the industry * Continuous trainings * Possibility to join different and interesting projects If you want to embrace in a new and challenging opportunity and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to our team, we want to hear from you!
