Location: Alapraia Female client, 91 years old, autonomous. Suffered a stroke one year ago and has some speech impairments, but retains independent mobility. Requires assistance with daily activities and outings for walks near her home. Responsibilities: • Assistance with the client’s personal hygiene; • Accompaniment during daily activities (indoor and outdoor); • Ongoing conversation and companionship to promote emotional and social well-being; • Support during meals; • Medication reminders; • Maintenance and organization of the domestic environment, ensuring a safe and welcoming space; • Laundry and clothing care for the client. Requirements: • Experience in caring for elderly or dependent individuals; • Knowledge of stroke (CVA) management; • Essential competencies: empathy, responsibility, proactivity, dedication, and strong communication skills; • Professional appearance and ability to build trusting relationships; • Availability for live-in work under a rotating 48h/48h/72h schedule, with organized days off.
